  • PassSecurium™ uses two-factor authentication (2FA) and biometrics for access, making brute-force attacks virtually impossible. In addition, all data is encrypted following the zero-knowledge principle.

 

With PassSecurium™, you can conveniently manage your credentials:

  • Create, view, edit, and delete credentials
  • Use Autofill or copy & paste for usernames and passwords
  • Generate passwords with customizable complexity
  • Use the mobile app in offline mode
  • Manage folders (for paid subscriptions)
  • Add and create new accounts

All data is stored exclusively on Swiss servers in state-of-the-art data centers in central Switzerland. The strategic location and optimal backbone connectivity ensure reliable availability of data and services. The entire infrastructure is redundant and fail-safe, providing maximum data security.

 

You can purchase PassSecurium™ directly via our website or upgrade your subscription through the customer portal.
Payment methods available: bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.

 

  • Free version: limited to 50 passwords.
  • Standard version (paid): unlimited passwords, plus the ability to create and manage folders for better organization, and restore deleted passwords.

Yes. We offer Premium and Corporate packages for businesses. These allow you to manage users, groups, and roles, and integrate with LDAP / Active Directory / Entra ID.

 

In addition to unlimited password storage and personal folder management, business users with admin/manager roles can:

  • Create, edit, and assign roles and groups to users
  • Build shared folder structures
  • Share folders and passwords
  • Adjust security settings and the web interface
  • Access PassSecurium™ via VPN
  • Use single sign-on (SSO) through Active Directory/EntraID

Yes. As long as your subscription is still valid, you don’t need to pay again.

 

The web version and mobile app are currently available in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish.

 

The password generator helps you create strong passwords. You can set the desired complexity and length in advance, and generate a secure random password.

 

Yes. Our extension is available for Chrome, Brave, Opera (via the Chrome Store), Firefox, and Edge.

You can use PassSecurium™ on your smartphone, tablet, desktop, throught the browser extension or directly in your web browser:

  • For Free / Standard subscriptions: https://app.pass-securium.ch/login
  • Business / Enterprise users should follow a unique link that includes their company ID (please contact your administrator).

PassSecurium™ users can access their customer portal here: https://portal.pass-securium.ch/en/login

The portal allows you to:

  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for web access to the app and portal. 2FA works via the AccessSecurium™ app (Android / iOS) or a similar authenticator. Install AccessSecurium™, activate 2FA in the portal, and scan the QR code.
  • Update your account information and passwords.
  • View and manage subscriptions and invoices.
  • Submit support tickets if you encounter errors or issues with PassSecurium™.

Enterprise users: Access Controlium, the Enterprise version of the portal, via your company’s main SWISS SECURIUM services page (ask your administrator if you don’t have the link).

  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for web access. You’ll need a one-time code from AccessSecurium™ (for Android / iOS) or another authenticator app in addition to your password.
  • Protect your mobile app by enabling a security code or biometric authentication.
  • Set up automatic logout intervals in PassSecurium™ for extra protection.

 

  • Free / Standard users: Log into the customer portal https://portal.pass-securium.ch/en/login with your current credentials and change your password under Security.
  • Business users (Premium/Corporate): Change your password in the Profile menu of the PassSecurium™ web app. Passwords can also be reset by your PassSecurium™ instance administrators.
  • Enterprise users: Change your password in the Profile section of your Controlium cabinet. Passwords can also be reset by your platform administrators.

 

Android users:

  • Open the menu by tapping the menu icon (burger) in the top-left corner.
  • Under your account name, tap the downward arrow to display the account list.
  • Scroll to the bottom and select Manage Accounts.
  • Choose the account you want to log in to.
  • Enter your new valid password and tap Change. The app will save the new password.

iOS users:

  • On the login screen, find the account you need.
  • Tap the three-dot menu icon.
  • Enter your new password in the form that appears and save the changes.

Yes. You can use multiple PassSecurium™ accounts with different subscription types in one mobile app.

iOS:

  • To add an existing account: tap + Add Account on the login screen, select the account type, and enter your credentials.
  • To register a new private account: tap + Add Account, then Register Free Account, and complete the registration.

Android:

  • Go to the account list in the app menu, scroll down, and tap + Add Account to add an existing account.
  • Or tap Register Free Account to create a new private account.

Android:

  • Tap the menu icon (burger) in the top-left corner to open the main menu.
  • Under your account name, tap the downward arrow and select another account from the dropdown list.
  • In the top menu bar, you can also choose one of the first two accounts via the two round icons on the left.

iOS:

  • The login screen shows your list of accounts.
  • If you’re inside an account, tap the user icon in the top-right corner to return to the login screen and switch accounts.

Yes. You can add existing accounts, create new Free or Standard* accounts, or remove accounts directly in the app.
(Complete account deletion with all your data can only be done through your customer portal.)

*The purchase of a Standard subscription via the mobile app is currently only available on iOS.

 

iOS:

  • On the login screen, find the account you want to remove.
  • Tap the three-dot menu icon.
  • Select Delete and confirm.

Android:

  • Open the menu by tapping the menu icon (burger) in the top-left corner.
  • Under your account name, tap the downward arrow to show the account list.
  • Scroll down and select Manage Accounts.
  • Choose the account you want to delete.
  • Tap the bucket icon in the top-right corner and confirm deletion.

Note: This only removes the account from your app. It does not delete your account data or cancel your subscription.

Management

Yes. PassSecurium™ can be used in all situations and on all your devices. You can install the app on smartphones and tablets, or use the browser version on laptops and desktops.

You can also access PassSecurium™ through the browser extension available for Chrome/Brave/Opera, Firefox, and Edge.

 

For Android: Go to your phone settings → Apps → PassSecurium™ and delete the app data.
For iOS: Reinstall the app.

Afterward, you’ll need to log back into all your PassSecurium™ accounts with your username and password.

We strongly recommend enabling biometric authentication.

 

Log into your customer portal at https://portal.pass-securium.ch/en/
and change your passwords as quickly as possible.

Users of business subscriptions can change passwords in their Controlium, or contact their company administrator.

 

To enable 2FA for your web app or portal:

  1. Go to the PassSecurium™ web portal.
  2. Log in and open the Security menu. You can enable 2FA separately for the PassSecurium™ web app and the portal under the respective tabs: PassSecurium™ App or Customer Login Only.
  3. Toggle on Two-factor authentication with OTP and confirm by entering your current customer portal password.
  4. Click Show OTP / QR Code, scan it with AccessSecurium™ (Android / iOS) or another authenticator app, and then click Continue to complete activation.
  5. Generate an OTP in your authenticator app and enter it in the field provided.

Next time you log into the portal or app, you’ll need to enter both your password and an OTP code.

  1. First, enable Autofill in the PassSecurium™ app settings.
  2. When using a browser or another app with login fields, tap the empty field and select Autofill. Then choose PassSecurium™ as your autofill provider.
  3. You’ll be asked to log into PassSecurium™ (biometrics can be enabled for quicker access). A list of available credentials will appear.
  4. Scroll through, select the desired entry, and the fields will be filled automatically.

Note: The app doesn’t need to run in the background. If PassSecurium™ is not active, the Autofill function will start the app automatically.

  1. Open the app settings (gear icon) and select Autofill. You’ll see instructions with direct links.
  2. Follow the link to your iPhone settings and select PassSecurium™ as the default password autofill option.

Now you can use Autofill.
When filling out a form, tap the key icon in the top-right corner of your keyboard, select the required password, and the form will be completed automatically.

Yes. The application is designed so that you can still view your passwords without an internet connection.
Note: Changes cannot be made in offline mode.

 

In the password menu you can:

  • Quickly copy logins or passwords
  • Edit, delete or move passwords

In the folder menu you can:

  • Edit folders
  • Delete folders
  • Move folders (by selecting the parent folder)

 

Yes. Activate multi-action mode on Android by tapping the checkmark icon in the top bar of the app.

  • You can delete multiple selected passwords.
  • You can delete or move multiple selected folders.

To exit multi-action mode, tap the arrow icon in the top-left corner.

 

Yes. You can view and restore previous versions of changed data.
In the web version of the app, open a password entry → on the right side select the History tab → click the round arrow icon next to a version to restore it.

Password history is stored for 1 year or in accordance with your company retention policy.

Available for Standard, Business, and Enterprise users.

This feature checks whether your password or email address has previously been exposed in a data breach.
When creating or editing a password record, you will see a warning if compromised credentials are detected.

Yes. PassSecurium™ was designed from the start for teamwork.
Access rights are granted based on roles and groups (Administrator, Manager, User).
This ensures that password management remains simple, transparent, and restricted only to authorized users.

Yes. Every activity in PassSecurium™ is logged and can be undone.
Additionally, sensitive passwords can be sealed: whenever such a password is modified, the responsible manager is notified by email.

  • Manual export and import of passwords is always possible in PassSecurium™.
  • Supported formats: Excel, CSV, as well as CSV from LastPass and KeePass.
  • You can also set up automatic exports as an encrypted archive, tailored to your needs.
